A touch of spackle, a little dab of paint, roll out the new carpet and vinyl...for some Banks and Mortgage companies when it makes sense they want to repair and restore the REO.
With SunRaye Realty, you will receive multiple uniform bids in which you can easily discern that all contractors are bidding apples to apples. More important, we will endeavor to provide you with a photograph of each item needing repair, before and after the repair is completed.
